Key Responsibilities Oversee, maintain, and improve the data management system for the Avonbank project and other sites as needed. Validate, remediate, and import newly collected data. Provide validated data for resource reporting and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., JORC). Develop and manage database objects and workflows for Quality Assurance and Quality Control of assay sample data and other data types. Validate historical geological, geospatial, assay, and other relevant data for database import or filing. Participate in data management projects and initiatives across WIM Resource sites and exploration projects. Facilitate data management risk assessments and audits as needed. Provide training, guidance, and updates to new and existing database users. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data operations. Assist with the management and version control of geospatial and GIS data. Report and communicate proactively with management on activities and plans. About you Tertiary qualification (Bachelor) in data science, computer science, geology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or analysis, including at least 1 year of experience in the mining industry. Strong task management and organizational skills. Participate in or support data management related activities and initiatives across Evolution sites and exploration projects as agreed with the role supervisor. As required, work collaboratively with non-primary focused Evolution site(s) and/or projects to provide support to maintain basic database function and accessibility.
