The ideal candidate will demonstrate an acute understanding of best practices, business processes and possess technical capabilities, ensuring that all aspects of Salesforce projects are effectively aligned with ClickView’s strategic goals. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, including conducting interviews, workshops, and reviewing existing documentation. Salesforce Configuration and Customisation: Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and customisations, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces. Data Migration and Integration: Analyse data requirements and contribute to strategies for data migration into Salesforce. Collaborate on integration projects to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems. Report and Dashboard Development: Define reporting requirements and work with stakeholders to create meaningful reports and dashboards within Salesforce, providing insights into sales performance and business metrics. User Training and Adoption: Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions to ensure that stakeholders understand how to effectively use Salesforce. Contribute to change management efforts to drive user adoption. Quality Assurance and Testing: Contribute to the development of test plans and test cases to validate that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce environment. Stay informed about new Salesforce features and updates, providing recommendations for leveraging these advancements. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and other materials to support Salesforce implementations.
