Bistro Server » New Lambton, Newcastle Area - About the position Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking a casual Bistro Server to join the team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our front of house and back of house operations in our food court. You will provide outstanding customer service across our Bistro, Patisserie, New Beijing and Emporium food outlets. Duties will include: Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests Assist with clearing, cleaning and scullery Operating and balancing of tills Food and beverage preparation, including Barista service Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed. This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must. This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
